Details
This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu sport coupe has been refurbished, work included powder-coating the frame, repainting the body in maroon, reupholstering the interior in black vinyl, fitting a front disc brake conversion, and freshening the 454ci V8 which is paired with a five-speed Tremec TKX transmission. A Hurst shifter is fitted along with LED lighting, a cowl-induction hood, chrome 15″ Cragar wheels, a center console, air conditioning, an aftermarket stereo, and Stewart-Warner accessory gauges.
The car was repainted in maroon with black over-the-top stripes and is fitted with chrome bumpers, LED-equipped headlights, a cowl-induction hood, hood pins, a left-side mirror, SS and 454 badging, and dual polished exhaust finishers.
Chrome 15″ Cragar wheels are mounted with 235/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Stopping power is provided by a front disc brake conversion paired with rear drums, and power steering is fitted.
The 454ci V8 is fitted with an Edelbrock carburetor and intake manifold as well as Hooker headers and polished valve covers. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Tremec TKX five-speed manual transmission.
